Katja Seum-Weltin

Katja lives and breathes digital change and the development of people. After several professional positions in sales, IT partner management and management positions, Katja now heads the B2B division of Netcom BW.
Her responsibilities include sales, carrier and wholesale, consulting, internal sales and sales management.
Before joining Netcom, she successfully established new digital processes for sales. With her 50 employees, she is now actively shaping the transition to the "new Netcom". She can also contribute her experience as a strategic sales coach, as well as her instincts and intuition in relation to employees and groups. One thing is very important to her: MOTIVATION.
Her motto is "Only when you have gone through the valley of tears does the best part come".

Katja now lives in Baden-Württemberg and enjoys relaxing in the great outdoors around her home and travelling the world
